PVC bag making machine is used to produce bags of various PVC materials. When making bags, PVC bag making machines are mainly affected by three factors: heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time and heat sealing pressure.
    1, heat sealing temperature
    Role: heating the adhesive film layer to make it in an ideal viscous flow state.
    PVC plastics have no fixed melting point and only one range, that is, when the temperature is heated to this range, the film enters a molten state. The upper limit of the heat-sealing temperature is the decomposition temperature, and the lower limit is the viscous flow temperature. The difference between the two is the key to the difficulty of heat sealing. How to choose the heat sealing temperature? It needs to be set according to the characteristics of the PVC material, the thickness of the film, the heat sealing area, etc. If the number of hot pressing is agreed to be more, the temperature is appropriately lowered. If the heat sealing area is large, the temperature is slightly higher.
    2, heat sealing time
    Refers to the time the film stays under the hot knife. Heat sealing time has an important influence on the heat seal strength and appearance. Although the heat-sealing time and pressure are constant, the bag-making machine has a stronger bond at the beginning of the heat-sealing time, but the heat-sealing time should not be too long. If it is too long, the appearance will be flat and the sealing performance will be deteriorated.
    3, heat sealing pressure
    The heat seal strength needs to be achieved by applying a heat seal pressure, and the magnitude of the pressure increases as the thickness of the film and the heat seal width increase. If the heat sealing pressure is insufficient, the heat sealing will not be the same; if the heat sealing pressure is too large, the phenomenon of extruding the molten material will occur, affecting the heat sealing effect and reducing the heat sealing strength. The change in the pressure of the bag making machine also changes the heat sealing characteristics, so in actual operation, the heat sealing pressure should be adjusted according to the situation.
